Authorized reseller purchases
1. I’ve bought the ticket at one of your authorized resellers. Is the receipt I’ve received count as a ticket?
Upon ticket purchase you’ve received both receipt and the tickets. They are both printed on 80mm paper, but the content is different. To access the event premises you will need to bring your ticket to the entrance.
We recommend that you follow the steps explained at olaii.com/save to store your ticket on your phone, so you can’t loose it.
2. I’ve lost the ticket, what can I do?
If you’ve followed the steps at olaii.com/save prior to loosing your tickets then don’t worry. You will find your ticket at olaii.com/user/tickets.
If you didn’t follow the steps at our website we’re afraid your ticket is lost forever.
Online purchases
1. How will I receive the ticket?
Once the purchase is completed you will receive your tickets directly to your email address. You will be able to find your tickets on your user profile page as well olaii.com/user/tickets
2. When will I receive the tickets?
Your tickets will arrive to your email within a few minutes after you complete the purchase process. Please check your “Promotions” and “Junk” mail as well.
You can access your tickets anytime at olaii.com/user/tickets.
3. How can I pay for the tickets?
You can pay with Visa, Mastercard or Maestro card.
4. Can I pay after I receive the tickets via post?
We’re not sending tickets using traditional post. Tickets are electronic and are delivered to your email after the purchase.
5. Do I really have to print the tickets?
No. You can show just the QR code of the ticket at the entrance on your phone.
6. Are there group discounts?
Full tickets prices are advertised on the website. If there are any special discounts you will be able to clearly see the actual ticket price during the purchase process.
Unless you see a direct advertisement from the event promoter for a discounted tickets there are no group discounts.
7. Are there any other fees for me as a buyer?
No. At Olaii we don’t believe you as a buyer should pay any purchase or processing fees. You will pay just for the ticket and nothing else.
8. How do I pay with Maestro?
Card number is located at the back of the card under the signature. Typically it starts with a sequence of 67.
Because Maestro cards don’t have a CVC number the system will hide the input as soon as you start typing your card number.
General
1. Is there any age limit for the event?
For questions specific to an event you should first read the event description, if your question is not answered there you should reach out to the event organizer. Olaii can’t provide answers to this types of questions.
2. Where can I reach the event organizers?
You should check the event description first, if the organizer doesn’t provide contact information check their official website.
3. I can’t attend the event, can I get a refund?
Unfortunately no. All ticket purchases are final.
4. The event was canceled. How do I get my money back?
All the information will be provided to you by the event promoter. Be sure to track their social media announcements.
